GENERAL NOTES

ZAFRÁN – All Schnickschnack de Luxe products are made by hand and in small batches. This may cause slight differences between each single product and each limited lot.

PURCHASE & PAYMENT

Please visit my shop to purchase all currently available items.

Purchase completion is provided by Paypal. You don’t have a Paypal account? Don’t worry! Paypal provides secure checkout for holders of the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be shipped within five working days after receipt of payment. The customer will be sent a message upon shipping.
Depending on your locaction delivery times might be affected by the proceedings of Swiss customs. Normally the buyer will recieve the order within one week after shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Customer complaints of damaged or defective goods are accepted within 14 days after receipt of order.

Defective goods will either be fixed or replaced . If neither option is possible the purchase price will be refunded.

The collection of ZAFRÁN – Schnickschnack de Luxe features bold and vibrant colours. When taking product images I take special care to show true colours. Colours however may appear differently on your coumputer screen depending on your settings. This being said I do not accept colour variation as a reason for rejection.

Each product is provided with a care label. Please follow these instructions, otherwise claims will not be accepted.
